NYE Dinner
We are excited to welcome you to our New Year's Eve Dinner, featuring a menu you won’t usually find at our restaurant. This evening’s options include Lemon Pepper Smoked Salmon, Prime Rib, and Smoked Turkey Breast. But the real star of the night is our Wood Grilled Bison Ribeye — sourced just 30 minutes east of Alliance from Strategy Bison. Their bison herd is managed to mimic natural grazing patterns, ensuring that every bite tells the story of balance and care for the land.
Every entrée comes with Garden Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and a Dinner Roll.
